The apartment was in perfect condition, very spacious for 1-2 people. It overlooks downtown and one of the pools. The actual apartment complex is stunning. The rooftop pool and lounge were very impressive. The gym is state of the art for an apartment. It’s honestly one of the best high rises I’ve been in. I would 100% stay here again.

The studio was very clean and has everything you need the only thing I can say is I wish there was more then two pillows for the bed, and maybe a throw blanket would be nice to have as well. The market in the lobby was super convenient they got anything you need I recommend going in there versus the gas station down the block lots of homeless in the ally across the street isn’t pleasant around kids or in general but hey it’s downtown Phx. I will be back to this studio Forsure!!! The host is amazing!
