I had a great stay at Mayuorian’s place in Glendale, AZ. Communication was excellent from start to finish—very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was also easy to find, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, making it a very comfortable stay overall. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly book again!

Highly recommend this Airbnb! We had no issues getting into the unit, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Mayuorans was an amazing host very helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again!

My husband and I rented Mayuoran's place for a mini-honeymoon since we had gotten married that afternoon. Mayuoran's place was close to where we got married and where we had our wedding dinner, it was perfect. His place was clean and check-in was smooth. The unit had everything we needed. We didn't get to try out the pool but am hoping to return to do so! Thank you Mayuoran.

This was such a great spot to stay while visiting Phoenix!! The surrounding area is safe and private. Lots of restaurants and bars in a walkable distance. The unit has such beautiful view of the valley and was very clean and spacious. I’d definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

The place was absolutely spotless and came equipped with kitchenware, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and a hair dyer. Check in was easy, got fob from front desk. Mayuoran was very responsive and quick. The pool was very nice and easily accessible. There are some cool eatery’s nearby. Very nice stay and very good price!

We had a really great stay here. The views were beautiful and the location was perfect. Walkable with tons of restaurants and places to grab food and drinks nearby. The rooftop pool was such nice. We didn’t use it but there was even a nice BBQ set up. Check in was really simple and smooth. No stress at all. The host was also really helpful when I had a little mix up with the booking. They were easy deal with and worked with me to get it sorted out which was really appreciated. Overall just a really easy, comfortable stay. Would definitely come back.

We have been in Phoenix to visit some friends and stayed in Mayuorans apartment. He was very proactive and friendly and always happy to help with any issue. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. Definitely had a gread stay!

Great little spot for a quick stay. Me and my child had travel soccer games in town and this fit the bill perfectly and was overall better than a hotel. The spot was clean and had everything we needed to get through. Outside of some vulgar residents of the complex in their cars pushy to get through the parking lot, no issues at all. We barely saw anyone in the hallways or just loitering around and it was quiet. Would definitely do it again for a quick trip. Maybe just one extra blanket would be nice 🙂

Fist time using Airbnb, and I gotta say I was blown away, great bang for the buck. Mayuoran was very clear, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond with any questions I had. The room and building were for once accurate to the pictures, I’d say even better in person. It had so many great amenities, but I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all of them. Me and my partner were amazed by how easy, comfortable, and affordable this stay was, and it made all the difference having Mayuoran being so helpful with it all. Definitely recommend.
