Our stay at Mayuoran's home was great! The place is very spacious, and all the beds and seating areas felt comfortable and cozy. We stayed for about 4 days and felt like we had what we needed at this Airbnb. The kitchen had a few essentials for cooking, the bathrooms had toiletries available, and there was furniture outside that offered a private place to sit. As someone who likes natural lighting, the home had a nice amount coming in from the living room, kitchen, and guest room windows. The location was also very convenient as we were within a 10-minute drive from most places we chose to eat at, shop, or visit in the Glendale area. Our host, Mayuoran, was very detailed in his instructions and information on all amenities. He also took the time to check in with us after we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we look forward to booking with Mayuoran again if we are ever back in Glendale!

We enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect place for two people. The studio itself was clean and had extra amenities such as silverware and a washer/dryer, which we appreciated. The pool was our highlight! A gorgeous view and peaceful area to relax. Mayuoran was the best host. Responded to all of our questions right away and helped us throughout our whole trip. He was very professional and checked up to see how everything was going. I would definitely recommend staying here!

5 stars only because it can’t be rated higher! We were in town for an annual conference at the convention center and the location could not have worked out better. Easy walking distance to the convention center and restaurants. 100% will be booking with this host next year.

I had such a great stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The host was super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated the little details that made it feel like home. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our quick stay at Mayouran's place. We did have a little bump finding the place and with parking but it was not enough to take a star away. The place is lovely. I'd definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this place. The host is truly amazing. Always made sure we were okay even before the check-in. Price was truly worth it. Great location also. Not only is the unit nice and clean but the building was also very clean and quiet. The host provided so many things for our stay couldn’t ask for anything more.

This should be my 3rd or 4th time being hosted by Mayouran. I keep coming back whenever I'm in the area because his apartments are homely and great value for money.

Very wonderful stay - the apartment was clean, spacious, and in a nice and safe gated property. I used the gym on property and my sons used the pool and hot tub! Mayuoran was very helpful and extremely responsive throughout. I mistakenly left an expensive electronic in the apartment and Mayuoran coordinated with me right away to get it to me!

We had a great stay at Mayuorans property! The space was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the pool, the ground were super clean, safe and well maintained. Mayuoran was super responsive and helped us work out a later check out which was very much appreciated! Would absolutely stay at this property again!
