Stayed here for a week and everything was as pictured! The rooftop pool, "backyard" common space outside, and shared working spaces on the 1M level were all well-kept and had reliable wifi courtesy of the building. Flexible check-in given the front desk is staffed at all hours, but wanted to note that checkout is at 10am and the front desk cannot hold bags for you. I struggled to find bag storage -- the two locations nearby for Radical Storage are not accurate, so don't make the same mistake I did! Aside from that, Mayuoran was incredibly responsive and the unit and location were great.

I would recommend staying here. I was in town for a work trip and it met my needs. It was also very walkable which made it easy to walk to my meetings. The apartment was clean and the ciew from the unit is a nice addition. I would stay here again when Im in Phoenix.

Mayuoran was the most responsive host that I have ever dealt with. He was back in touch with me within 20 minutes EVERY time I reached out with a question. The description and pictures of the unit are spot on, but I think he undersells the amenities of the building including the workout room, pool and outdoor deck. Great experience and I would recommend this unit and Mayuoran to anyone looking in the downtown Phoenix area. Great alternative to some VERY expensive hotels nearby.

The place is manned and camera all over the place . It’s was safe and especially for the women it was very good! Safe environment. The security was great and at ease . They were very friendly . The place seems fantastic . I would recommend anyone and it was the best price too.
