🚗 Parking (Important) Parking is available for $25 per night 🚨 Spaces are limited Please inform us in advance if you’ll need parking so we can check availability. 🐶 Pet Policy (Please Read) We are happy to welcome dogs under 40 lbs only. To ensure the space is a good fit, all pet requests must be approved in advance. Before booking (or immediately after), please let us know: 🐕 Breed/type of dog ⚖️ Dog’s weight The following pet fees apply: ✦ 1-5 nights: $25/night ✦ 6-14 nights: $150 ✦ 15-29 nights: $200 ✦ 30 nights+: $300 Dogs over 40 lbs are not permitted NOTE : A refundable security deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay. We provide a Damage Waiver option. This waiver covers reported incidental damage to the property during your stay, ensuring that minor mishaps don't disrupt your visit or your finances.
