Please note that the neighborhood can be a bit lively at times and may not be ideal for very light sleepers, especially at weekend. If you're sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs or using a white-noise app for added comfort. NOTE: A refundable security deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay. We provide a Damage Waiver option. This waiver covers reported incidental damage to the property during your stay, ensuring that minor mishaps don't disrupt your visit or your finances. Waiver Fee: A non-refundable of $35 per night is applied to your stay.
